Wedding Receptions
All catered reception packages include:
- 2 staff members
- Iced tea station
- Dinner rolls
- Acrylic plates, utensils, and napkins
- 3 tier wedding cake with white buttercream frosting is included. Cake may not be modified.
- Centerpieces and table Decorations. (Can vary depending on wind, weather, and availability)
- Chairs, tables, and white Linens
- Delivery, setup and breakdown of all items
Add up to 19 additional guests at an additional cost of $70 per person. Larger parties, please request next level pricing.
Food and Catering
Big Day Weddings has an exclusive relationship with Naman’s catering. Naman’s is a highly respected caterer that serves delicious food with gorgeous presentations. Reception catering options are listed below.
Beverages
All packages include an iced tea station that includes sweet tea, unsweet tea, and water. Bar options and coffee service are not included in package price. Coffee service, alcoholic beverages, mixers, and bartenders may be added at additional cost. See below.
Reception Venue
Reception venue is not included. Big Day Weddings can provide a list of venues upon request. We are happy to provide ceremony and reception services at your wedding friendly beach house as well!

Food servers cannot serve any type of alcoholic beverage, therefore if you are including bar service in your wedding reception packages there is an additional $300 bartender charge (per bartender). This charge is in addition to the cost per person for beverages.
